Custody handoff is not live in this environment: no custody instruction has been issued and no custody endpoint is connected. The mock Nova custody endpoints are a specified product deliverable that implements the canonical custody contract for other environments; on-premises Ripple Custody connectivity and BNY tenant provisioning are scheduled for a later slice. The Servicer proposes and constructs digital assets — it never mints, validates eligibility, transfers control or settles; Nova is the sole custody authority.
